The Energy Learning is part of the International Energy Law Training and Research Centre (IELTRC).

 

IELTRC was created in 2017 by its founding members.

 

IELTRC is an independent Think Tank that conducts capacity building and research activities on energy and natural resources law around the world. IELTRC team, advisory board and alliances have strong global presence and extensive experience in academic and practitioner areas related to energy and natural resources law.
